I hold an MSID in Instructional Design, M.S. Ed in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Certificate in Instructional Design. I implement instructional design models to guide the development of both formal and informal learning solutions improving client performance. I have extensive experience in curriculum development, content design, and learner analysis. I design and create engaging, learner-centered, interactive experiences based on adult learning theory that meet performance objectives. Fostering an environment of collaboration, I encourage individual expression and adaptability. I ensure projects are completed on time, programs run efficiently, and clients grow and develop their skills and confidence to successfully meet business goals.
